The second dungeon is here!


After a long month of wrapping my head around everything I needed to do, the second dungeon is finally done alongside a lot of important changes I would not be able to do without the help of everyone who sent me feedback. Thank you everyone who took a bit of their time to give me those valuable information!

Well, without further ado, here is the full change log:

  • Added a new dungeon with 4 floors and water currents!
  • Added a couple new enemies and skills alongside with their new gems
  • Added fast foward on the Z key (D on the keyboard)
  • Added text skip by TDS using the cancel button (X on the keyboard)
  • Added a new results screen by Yanfly (can be turned off)
  • Added a silent pop-up to quickly inform when the player is facing an exit, stairs and etc...
  • Added the Rage Incense to the starting shop
  • Added animation for light skills
  • Added proper icons to all the stats buffs
  • The shop and the shopkeeper's dialogue now changes properly after you beat Princess Pygmy
  • The damage taken from status ailments while moving (like Burn or Bleed) now updates properly on the hud
  • Every church service's now properly updates the hud
  • You can now exit from the Resurrection menu
  • You can no longer open the glitchy map while on the overworld
  • The arrows on extended choice menus are bigger and uses a more noticeable color
  • You can no longer see the question mark in the catacombs 1BF before defeating the boss
  • The Link Crystals now teleports you exactly to the tile with the crystals instead of one tile ahead of it
  • The teleport crystals' tile detection was completely reworked to be less buggy overall
  • Bleeding now affect the characters's MPs on top of the HP
  • Poison also affect the characters's TP on top of the HP
  • Status ailments that wears off by passing a certain amount of turns on battle, but don't vanish after the battle can now wear off by doing a certaing amount of steps in the dungeons and overworld
  • The status ailment tutorial item has more accurate explanations, alongside with info on the new status: Decay
  • Talk no longer has the chance to induce Laugther
  • Tsuchinoko now have a proper Gem drop
  • One-of-a-kind items now come with a black icon making more clear they are special
  • The game now comes with an art folder with a full version of the arts I made for the game's page

And...  that's it! I hope all the new content ends up contributing to a fun experience while still maintaining the style of the classics.
